We partner with IdentityIQ to offer an optional verification service that provides priority status to candidates. By choosing to participate in this verification:

• You acknowledge this is a voluntary, optional service
• You will be redirected to IdentityIQ's platform, which operates independently
• You agree to IdentityIQ's separate terms of service and privacy policy
• Talent Loop is not responsible for IdentityIQ's services or data practices
• Verification gives you priority placement but does not guarantee employment

5.2 Non-Verification Option

You may choose not to complete verification and still access our standard services. Non-verified candidates remain eligible for all opportunities but without priority status.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Talent Loop provides recruitment services but does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers. Final hiring decisions rest with employers. We cannot control employer hiring practices or decisions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Use automated systems to access our Services without authorization

11. Disclaimers
